Thank you to all the “Bettys” and “Big Kahunas” (a.k.a. parents, sponsors, donors, philanthropists, volunteers, dreamers, visionaries and innovators) who filled the DSU for the biggest Adult Winter Wipeout fundraiser ever!
On Saturday, March 3, 2012 he DSU offered a unique night out, dreamed up by adults for adults, just as we do for Duxbury youth, all year long. Guests not only made significant financial contributions but also offered invaluable suggestions to make DSU even better in 2012 and for years to come.
DSU was host to lots of spirited party-goers, parents of Duxbury youth grades K-12 and supportive community members, many of whom had never stepped foot in our building and were pleasantly surprised! Guests had an absolute blast, dressed in festive summer attire in a totally transformed, tropically inspired DSU. They danced the night away, enjoyed great food and friends, got their game on down in the basement, took photos in our photo booth, bid on auction items, experiencing a little slice of all the fun that DSU has to offer on a daily basis to Duxbury youth.
