Dear DSU Members and Friends,
February is about sharing the love and feeling the joy. The 8th grade dance last Friday evening was a blast celebrating the Valentine in everyone. Thanks to a very energetic 8th grade committee, our interested, but not too interested, parent volunteers and Tristan Cary, our in-house D.J. and lighting expert for creating a fun dance club atmosphere. Stay tuned for more dance dates in March and April.
This week Chef Joyce will be appealing to our indulgences with chocolate dipped strawberries. Sandy has a number of arts and crafts to remember those we love. As Wednesday is an early dismissal due to snow, the DSU will be closed so check us out on Thursday for some Valentine's treats.

If you are enjoying a Duxbury staycation for the upcoming school break, please consider our events. Our staff have a lot of really cool stuff planned and we also have a bunch of high school volunteers ready to help out. All we need is YOU! Please sign up by Thursday for Freaky Friday or end of day Friday for vacation camp by clicking here.
After school vacation, Maddy Clark and her Harmony for Haiti committee, Christina Auer, Kris Dowling, Luke and Ike
Fontaine, will putting the final touches on their coffee house style fundraiser event on Friday, February 26th from 6.30p.m. -10p.m. Tickets are limited and can be purchased from the DSU, at high school lunches and at Depot Street Market. Please join them for an evening of hope, help and harmony for the people of Haiti.
Have a safe and enjoyable school vacation.
