Suggested donations for building usage:
Upstairs - $50.00 per hour w/2 hr minimum - room capacity 60
Lounge - $30.00 hour w/2hr minimum - room capacity 27
Full Building - $100.00 per hour w/2 hr minimum - building capacity 150
plus $150.00 refundable deposit
